Just like the movie which I am watching right now, I reflect back at how I was before in comparison to now and a lot has been accomplished. Sure their are certain things in my life that I'm still not over, but for other parts that gave me this feeling at the time when it happened which brouht me down and felt like
I was deep down in the gutter, those feelings no longer overcome me. You just somehow get over it.

In my case even though I am single and currently not interested in any type of relationship(sexually, intimately) shouldn't be a reason to let myself go. I see that happen to many girls or guys, and just because you are not in the playing field of love doesn't give you the excuse to run a trip to Mc Donald's at midnght or take a vacation from the gym for three weeks or to pass on an invite to wear a nice dress and heels for a fun night. True, I don't feel like I need someone in my life but I can still be sexy. Recently, I went to go visit a friend of mine, when up to his room and he stated that it smelled like onions and sweat. He looked at me and I told him that I did shower that same day, but lately I've been getting in the habit of not putting deodorant on. I lifted my arms and smelled the horror, and my friend grabbed the can of deodorant and sprayed me. What was I thinking? It's come down to this where I end up smelling like a man?

That's when I realized in the film, Eat Pray Love how everytime the character visited each country, the foreign women were so concerned with the fact that she was divorced and still single, suggesting that she should find herself a man. I do believe that we all eventually need a mate in our lifetime because that's why God created us, our genitals and the earth- but for now while I am still trying to find myself and discover what the world has to offer, more like what I have to offer, I will make an effort into how I treat myself but only this time when I look in the mirror I will pamper myself with beauty and adoration just how I used to back when I would do so when I was seeing that someone for which gave me the reason to feel sexy. I do the same, and end my night in my own bed and embrace the luxury of temporary lonliness.

My friend and I got the privilege to attend the Wine Riot convention in Santa Monica and had the most delightful time tasting, swirling and yes, even spitting delectable reds and whites. We stopped at every booth and after all the samples, I still had the taste of the wonderful 2009 Dr. L Riesling from Mosel, Germany. Sorry France, ah yes the french wine, we all know its their profession but like my friend said, "never underestimate the Germans". The guy told me I can purchase this at Trader Joe's. Who knew?

Next was the zinfandel from Rock Wall Winery owned by North-Cal locals, Shauna and her father. Now when I first approached Shauna's booth (who was wearing a tight pink shirt, some purple leggings and flip flops) I was like oh my god, this bitch gets to drink wine and talk about it for a living while dressed in this inappropriate apparel? But their 2009 Zinfandel collections are truly good. It's has a dark red look to it but with the flavors of licorice berries, and all sorts of zesty spices.

We eventually had to take a break, I was wearing my heavy black fur coat and the bottles kept pouring over my cup. As we went back inside, we spotted lots of tables that had Cabernet Sauvignon mostly from California, Napa Valley and boy those bottles were pricey starting at $60 bucks a bottle. But living in California, it isn't that hard to find yourself a good yet affordable bottle of the red.

But before we left, we tried some sparkling wine from Mionetto Prosecco Brut DOC from Triviso,Veneto, Italy. It was a mixture of a dry, but slightly sweet and bubbly. Very delicious. Plus the vendor guy was hot.

Don't get me wrong, it's not that I'm being insensitive about the traumatic event that recently occurred in Japan, its just that I'm not surprised it happened and saw it coming. This isn't saying that shit happens and there's nothing we can do about it, I send my prayers and welcome them into my country with open arms- not that its an option because it will happen. A whole swarm of them.

The outcome of this sounds great for the upcoming opportunities that will take place in America and its Northern and Southern neighbors. Sounds a little too familiar; does scapegoat and Pearl Harbor ring a bell? While everyone was highly concerned about the natural disaster and the radiation scare, Obama quietly entered into another war.

And yet people go on with their daily lives, don't mind the rising gas prices - that's just the being; next is food supply and the grocery stores marking exaggerated prices on the produce.

My advice: drink up my friends, pack up, move out and never look back.

Yesterday , I wasn't really in the mood to go out on a Saturday night but my sister insisted that we take advantage of the connections we have with this guy named Charlie who can get us into any L.A. / Hollywood club at no charge, no carding and free drinks. Or so, it has been that way until last night. I got ready and I wasn't feeling all that sexy but nonetheless I put some effort by wearing my comfy black satin pants and high ass stilettos just to call it even. Oh, you know just the typical night life; us three girls struttin' down Hollywood blvd getting hollered at by every black man who can't help but to point out good looking girls (okay we get it, Jesus!) and as we approach Playhouse, there's a long line to get in but my sister of course calls Charlie who talks to the bouncer and tells him to put us in the front of the line and so we did. I pass by all the other girls (ha, ha suckers!) and wait by the front door and start conversation with two male drunks and as the bouncer lets us in with tickets, there appears to be another bouncer behind the front door entrance and he asks us to show our i.d.'s. We look at each other, then look at Charlie who looks at us confused and says, "how can you not be carrying i.d.s' in a situation like this?" Of course it was just an act, pretending like he never does such a thing to let underage girls into a club, later on apologizing to my sister through a text message. We called it a night and headed to Mel's Drive-In and indulged into a mid-night munchie meal and played old school music on the juke box.

We were out of luck this time but no biggie, we still enjoyed the night. Call us amateurs but it's all just for the complimentary rides life offers us, better than spending ridiculous money that really isn't necessary. Touche.

Even though I'm under stress and get a sudden urge to buy a packet of cigarettes to make the thoughts of pain go away, I refuse to do so because it's been five months since I stopped smoking and I'm going to keep it that way.

I refuse to post scandalous floozy pictures of my hot body on facebook because as much as I want attention from guys and want to let everyone know how sexy I am, the social online network is not the place to do so. Unless you are a certified model, otherwise its unprofessional.

As much of a bad day I'm having, I shouldn't tailgate or cut off another driver or give them the finger when they're right next to me, exactly how I started my morning on Valentine's day. Oh and that Fed -Ex guy who was waiting behind me and honked at me and I stopped for a while rolled down my window and give him the dirty mean stair, stuck my finger out in the air violently, and did it again at the traffic light. As bored as I get, I will not snort medicated pills that are not prescribed for me, because then I feel cracked out and get muscle spasms and have trouble sleeping at night. Plus I'm not as tolerant as I was two years ago, God knows how I used to do that on a daily basis. My solution is to go to the gym.

And I guess, maybe I should get more involved with my church. Heck, you actually learn a thing or two Sunday mornings.

Mid-terms are next week and this semester is unexpectedly busy and stressful -so much work!! This along with my fustration doesn't mix well, I wish I could pull a Samantha but apparently that doesn't work in the real world, or at least I don't have the balls to approach some(balls). Today wasn't so bad, I ended it with some Thia food after a studious night session which felt equivalent to that other kind of satisfaction I used to get every other night or mornings back in the days.

But enough about me and my problems, this week I attempted to join a women's club at the university as a way to make freinds and get back into the social game. With all respect I like the idea of it and the people who run the center but I just don't think it's for me. I never realized how the majority of young women especially in Los Angeles are anti-republicans/ pro-abortion kinda gals, I mean if that's what floats your boat go ahead but if I were to join an organization who rallies for protecting Planned Parenthood and stuff, I would just be doing something that really isn't me. I would just be lying to myself and if I even dared to speak out on my opinions to a room filled with passionate lesbians, things wouldn't go so well- I would dissapoint others and make people hate me and that's not what I want. So it's best to leave my mouth shut. Plus, it's a club filled with chicks, you can't open a lock with another lock, need Mr. Locksmith with a key if yah know what I mean- I'm trying to get laid here!

-Was joking, it's just my grotesque and non-tasteful way of being humorous which I do frequently but people just see me as a desperate, sick-minded person who needs to see a counselor, which I did in the fall and my therapist told me I was fine. If anything I would be the last one to be insane, it's those people I see out on the streets latched on to their phones texting away or getting so caught up with their school and work that they have no time to masturbate or have a second to grab a hold of some tits and feel them. I can see how Aristotle sought the troubled situations and disasters of people as a good story plot for comedies. Once in a while I catch myself laughing in class as I reflect on all that's happened. The past came back to bite me in the ass, I look at the stupid stuff I did with others and now I'm left alone, no one wants me, they have moved on and are happy now. But me, I feel like Malena, walking down the small town streets of Sicily as the people stare her down with shame and speak of ridicule and gossip. It's like the people could visibly see all her sins on her clothes and on her face, regardless of how hard she tries to hide it with a head scarf and sway down the streets with confidence but it doesn't work because they just see her as filth- trash. She realizes that the men that used to howl after her and chase every footstep she took now look away with shame- their wives outraged with envy and disgust feel the need to gang up on her and stone her in the public eye. The angry mob of sicilian women grab her by the hair and came prepared with scissors and rocks, chopped her long black hair off, tore her clothes, kicking her and trampling over her body and this went on for too long and unbearable to watch as they kept throwing rocks at her until she stopped moving. There she was bloody, naked on the floor in the public eye her hair was gone, her make-up was running down her face from the tears she shed and with the loudest scream that had the sound of hatred and brokeness. She walked away with nothing, it's as if she left all her feelings and emotions because the sicilian women took that away from her as well. She's crying and screaming and yet no one does anything but watch.

But you have to watch the rest of the movie to see what happens to her after. It's a silly movie but at the same time if you watch it from the character, Malena's perspective you begin to empathize with her situation as we all have done shameful or foolish things in the past but sometimes we do it with good intentions but there's always a misconception or misunderstanding.

I'm not saying a feel like a whore, but like a whore who wears her sins or leaves a stain on her until she showers and washes her clothes does she realize how clean she feels and looks back and says oh my god what did I just do? They do their job to provide comfort and assist those in need, but really they're just being used. Pretty much I feel like I was being nice but I guess i was too nice and having too much fun that in the end, I was being used.

Those weren't my intentions at first but the second time around, I ask help, search for others who will empathize with me but there's no one to help or to respond. I went from having some, to none at all.

With Malena she didn't have a choice, but I guess I did. The only thing is, I'm not sure exactly where I went wrong. But I know one thing for sure is that I won't be playing nice anymore and just wait. Even if it takes a couple of years to find one that will empathize with me- I know the right time will come.

Just a feeling I go through now and then.

To the elders,

Its not that we are ignorant, its not that we don't care. Because we do care and we appreciate all that you have done for us. At the same time, we are in the process of figuring out what we want for our future and that involves lots of time. Everyday, we find new discoveries, some good some bad. But in the process, we will fall and scrape our knees like how we did as 3 year old toddlers, only this time you can't be there to re-correct us and hold us in your arms and tell us that everything is gonna be alright- because it's not always alright and yes we fondle into unbearable moments and its a pain in the ass-but that's life. So if you happen to wonder why we do certain things or come to a disagreement, don't take it personal. Please try to understand where we are coming from. I'm sure you have been there before; you were once twenty, right? And at times we can't stand the pressure when we're focusing on certain tasks while you try to barge into our lives and have expectations for us to live up to according to the way you want to live your life. We most definitely do not want to be you, well most of us think like that unless our parents are Winfreys, Rockafellers, Gates, Jobs and so on. Plus, not to play the blaming game but their were times when we needed you the most and you just happened to be M.I.A. and until now when I'm old enough to take care of myself (or at least try to) and the trauma has already passed, it becomes more difficult to come to an agreement especially if you never went through it (and you happen to live in another state while I was/am being raised in Cali stuck with these idiots in this house with a rotten man who sits there like a rock, a perverted one, gazing at his stupid mac computer that he happened to purchase with his diploma of unemployed idiocy, staring at his facebook, indoors , all day, glued to that stupid chair consuming the living room to himself while the rest of us work hard you cannot imagine the angry bitterness that comes from this). As for my peers, don't over-react. You don't have a psychological disorder or are coping with depression so stop moping to your therapist, although I will say it doesn't hurt to have one, but- what I'm trying to say is you are not the only one who feels like this. Like crap. Like you aren't progressing and feel like this educational bullshit is one big trip that is just fucking with the fact that you can't make up your mind on what the fuck you really want to do with your life or suddenly begin to feel these setbacks or are doubting the future with this crappy economy. Some of you may or may not have heard of this upcoming film Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story which is a film biopic of the 70's pornstar sensation's reputation in Deep Throat; which was supposed to star Lindsay Lohan as Linda's character but is now being replaced by that one chick from Watchmen, Malin Akerman. The decision was made due to Lohan's personal agenda that held back the director's production. Now, don't get me wrong, that Malin chick is hot but, I was really stoked to see Lohan play a porn star; that would have been a good comeback.

Yup, it finally came in (my camera) and I tested it out. I'm temporarily staying in my sister's room while I lend my room to my abuelitos(grandparents) who are visiting for a couple of weeks. Either way, I treat her room like mine, intruding whenever I please and lately its been looking like Grey Gardens ; the irrelevant papers on the desk just keep accumilating, tangled cords scrambled by the outlet, and piles of clothes on the bed and a dirty white dog that needs to be showered. I was gonna go out tonight but my mood changed and decided to be a homebody once again.

I can't wait to go back to school, I need to distract myself with a subject that excludes myself or any other things that have been in my mind lately, like certain people. But nonethless I can't wait for my camera to arrive- I just ordered the Panasonic DMC-LX3 10.1MP Digital Camera. Its been long overdue since I had a camera, I've been without one for over a year, and I don't count the Diana camera as one since its so old fashioned. I needed it!! Its so small and convenient and has the qualities of a DSLR camera plus I got it for a very good price.

Right now I'm about to read A Este Lado Del Paraiso and sip on some peach tea with Emergen-C. I've been overloading on those packets but I can't help it- it tastes so bubbly!!

Last Night

Hangover, haven't felt one of those in a long time. I went clubbing last night - its been a while and I didn't think I would have that much fun but i did. It's funny how straight men find their way to approach me at a gay club. I met this guy and I guess for a while I was giving in because I liked the attention since I haven't gotten any from a man for months. But then we danced and made out and he tasted like salt- such a turn off. Plus, he was behaving like a drunk swine and was a little too aggressive and I could tell that even the gays were shamelessly looking away thinking, naw-uh girl, you could do better. Then after the remains of the sampled sized liquor bottles that my friends and I finished , we went to a pizza parlor to end the night.
But I couldn't eat, I was still thinking about them. I texted both and I sat there just waiting for a response from either one and one of them actually did. Surprised that he actually responded but not surprised why he did I felt relieved. We talked for a little over the phone at two in the morning and asked eachother how are things in our life- it felt nice for a moment, but it was just a drunk call so I doubt I'll be getting another callback anytime soon.

And as for the other one that didn't respond, well you have a lot of guts and strength to resist. You know you wanted to respond but you're either a cowardly chicken or you know best to just unrespond for the sake of mixing eachothers feelings and hurting me even more.

I eventually saw the film last night, and indeed I liked it. Although I really hated Natalie Portman's character, Nina who was frigid throughout the entire movie until the end when she finally lets the black swan come out of herself. I definitely can't relate myself to Nina's character. We both have the same psychotic obsessive mothers but unlike me, Nina is beyond perfection and is this shy and timid girl and at times I just wanted to grab the character and say "loosen up girl!!!" . Winona Ryder was also in this film; poor Winona, she had the smallest role of being the too old for ballet, why- don't you-retire-already fucked up girl. And as for the end, I kinda expected it since Darren Aronofsky made this film who also directed Requiem for a Dream and we all know how he likes to end the state of his character's minds: Fucked up.

I'm too young to feel like this, I feel like an old lady or someone who retired from 40 years of work. All I do is cook, bake, eat and eat - I even gained six pounds when I came back from the New Year's weekend. I checked myself on the scale when I went to the gym which didn't worry me much- it's not like I have anything, more like anyone to live up to. I enjoy my afternoons going to bookstores by myself and scim through books that I would really like to read but won't, I take strolls in the park and at the beach covered up in a long sleeve when its eighty degrees outside and the worst of all, I find pleasure sitting outdoors in public and people watch. And when I'm home I just eat, and eat take a nice long shower, watch some movies on Netflix and before I fall asleep which lately has been abnormally earlier than my much younger self, I tuck myself with a quilted blanket and read Hemingway's Garden of Eden then I slowly drift off into my dream state- then I wake up early.

I've been trying to be a good girl, honestly I really am but the original version of me just can't be tamed she really wants to come out in abrubt moments, even during inappropraite times like in church for example. It's just hard. I am fucking twenty years old. Discipline at this age is a tough quality to master.

I'm up. It's one in the morning Standard Pacific Time in California. The last time I was up like thise was a week ago when I chopped my hair off. Don't worry, I still look hot - I did not jeopardize my vanity as many of you are highly concerned of that. Talking in vein is just part of my humor.

Thinking about taking drum lessons, or a kickboxing class, hmm maybe?

About over a month ago, I dicsussed the tribulation behind the Gerson Therapy , and it truly is something I follow and abide by. And although being on this Gerson diet(forgive me for using the word diet, should I say lifestyle) strengethens your immune system, now and then I do get an outbreak. My body is very sensitive so if their are any other Snow Whites out there like me, you should consider this book Prescription for Nutritional Healing Book, its like the bible of remedies and nutritional information from all types of vitamins herbs,fruit and vegetables you can think of including any type of sickness or disease you can think of from A to Z. I currently have an issue with my skin and once in a while I will get, here it goes: abcess. Yah I know it's disgusting to think of, but I have a bad history genetically with acne- it just runs in the family. It's fun to create your own remedies and cheaper at times with the access of finding these ailments right in your kitchen.

I rarely go to the doctor anymore with the exception of treating my bronchitis which I got last winter and that was horrible but anyways , here's an excerpt from the nutritional manual for the treatment of an abcess:

Abcess or inflamation of the skin usually happens because of poor dieting that includes loads of fats and oils, not enough sleep along with stress or defeciency of immunity that usually has to do with your blood stream that is infected or isn't clean so what better than to go on a detox to cleansify your body and release all those toxins. The mistake people usually do is that they go on a "fasting detox" as a way to lose some lb's but that is not the intention of going on one-but , it is important to NOT eat when going on a detox cause then it defeats the purpose:

For topical use: - Take a hot steamy bath to prevent the abcess from swelling every night til it

drains out.

- try Tree oil (can also be used for acne of the face) you can also add

droplets to your water.

-mash up and grind a garlic clove with honey as it works as an anti-bacterial

For the detox: Drink plenty of fluids or if you have to eat consume lots of fruits that contain vitamin C like pineapple, oranges, kale, or drink echinacea tea which is good for cleansing the blood, chlorophyll extract, Vitamin B complex, Acidophilus, swallow a Garlic clove (two or three) with a spoon of honey, Kombacha Tea, Zinc, Magnesium, or Niacinamide.

Citrus Sweet Iced Tea

Heat up some water like you're making a shit load of Iced Tea and once hot put in any type of herbal tea bags like Hibiscus, Passion Fruit , Orange Tea, Mint, and Green Tea and this can be purchased through any brand you prefer ( I usually get Tazo). Let the tea bags sit, and while it's still hot put like three tablespoons of honey then grab a large pitch and fill it up with ice and pour the tea mix over.once its cool then squeeze two yellow limes, and one sweet lemon lime.

(I would really like to get a perspective from someone else's experience whether its sex life, dating, or relationships if anyone is willing to share with me. I would really appreciate it- it would help a lot for a project i'm doing , also it's always important to get different aspects and opinions(=)

If you are supposedly this nice- understanding, genuious person and want to let the whole world know how great you are, that should include the people you fuck with literally. Maybe it was my fault in the first place for putting out- but at least have the balls to say it to the person's face if you are no longer interested. Why can't men do one simple thing like that? Stop leading girls on and keep them waiting-it's a shitty thing to do. I've gone through this many times before but this time I'm not hurt I'm just more upset and angry with men that I'm just done with it- i'm done with them. And don't step into a girl's life and try to get to know the girl in the first place just to end up breaking the girl's heart or getting thier hopes up. It's not cool.

This just got me thinking maybe we should take a step back and start thinking with our brains and have empathy for the emotions rather than thinking with our genitals. This goes against what used to be my philosophy on living a polygomous lifestyle as a young person but eventually it get's old after a while and when you had all the fun and the lust you begin to consider the thought of maybe settling down and get serious with the next person you're sleeping with (a feeling I get when I'm tucked in bed of loneliness in a non-sexual way). And sure maybe it will take a while to find that someone because being in a relationship is a challenging one- I wouldn't know exactly because I've never had a boyfriend. But I know that engaging purely in sexual episodes will eventually feel like it's not enough and soon what used to make you feel so liberating and satisfying will make you feel a little bummed after.

...But then again part of me thinks, the opposite sex's primary role is and should be to sexually please the other and leave it at that - I mean, isn't that why we have friends for? Friends are their for companion and someone to talk to and hang out with to get away from work and yes, even sometimes a relationship. This is what I used to think- I figured why try to hang out with whom you're having sexual relations like how you would hang out with your best friend? Then I begin to think, well maybe that's my problem. If I want a relationship with someone, I should make friends with them and try to get to know them and hang out like how I would with my best friend and hold off the sex for later of course with giving eachother some space- lots of it.

Now I can see what mother was talking about when she told me to put a hault on the boyfriends til I graduate college, aye! Peers my age are just not mature enough and there's only one thing they want and aren't willing to compromise and have excuses such as "I can't afford a girlfriend" or "I'm too busy trying to figure out my life right now"- it results in making irrational decisions and bad ones they are.

Or maybe i'm just too mature for my age- an explanation I most certainly agree with.

I have been waking up at five in the morning this week for what is temporarily work but it's no biggie since fall semester is done with. I've been cooking a lot lately because I feel like I always need to do something with my hands to let out my fustration therefore, voila.

I tried making pizza (gluten free) but it came out tasting like shit because i forgot to put in the yeast. I made like three of them and forced my sister and mom to eat it, I didn't want it to go to waste. Today I made a successful banana chocolate bread cake , was wheat free, gluten free or for short G.F. as the peeps with celiac disease like to call it. As I was waiting for it to bake, I managed to drive to the nearest redbox by my house in the hideous heavy rain only to find that the dvd dispenser wasn't working and I really was in the mood to be a chick tonight and watch Eat, Pray, Love (story of my fucking life)-oh well. Went back home, the bread tasted delicious alongside with finishing what was left of the carton of coffee ice cream and watching television in elastic pants and a white beater tank with my dog on the couch.

You might think it's a little early for me to be baking into the holiday spirit but I was in the mood to bake some cookies, and I just happened to have green and red tissue paper in the kitchen pantry-slight misconception there.

Everybody in my neighborhood put up christmas lights except my house, and a guy was offering service to put them up but I told my mom to just give me a ladder and I can do the darn thing myself.

I finally got the issue of V Magazine by mail and Susan Sarandon is on the cover ( I adore her work as an actress) she looks hot at her age. One of the articles in this issue covers the hype in the music biz particularly on this wierd band called Die Antwoord. I looked up their music... it's a really weird band but I like that girl's look which got me thinking: Now that i've been unemployed for a while, why not take advantage of it? When I was in the workforce(get back to work yah hear boy!!) I couldn't grow my nails, show piercings, where platform patent leather heels and shave my hair off. I'm thinking of shaving my eye brows off, dye my hair white/greyish or cut it similarly to that girl's look. What do you think? Look people, I'm getting bored with my looks, running out of inspiration...

Speaking of my vanity, lately I haven't had time to pull decent outfit pieces from my wardrobe in fact, I pick them out subconsciously right before bed or hastily throw something on in the morning just to get to the point of my destination (to school) and hit the books to study. Yesterday, as I was walking to my car after a long day, I look down and realized I was wearing my running shoes with a pair of flared jeans and a grey short sleeved top, my hair was curly and wore it down( hobo looking). LOL yah, i know its funny to imagine.

Another thing I pondered on was that although I can be bright and spontaneous like the smart person some of you know me as, I can be socially challenged. I'm a really nice person and sympathetic and don't know how to say no, even when I can determine right from wrong. So after all the stupidity I put myself into this week (long story, but to foolish to even discuss), my sister and I figured a way to put all this foolishness to an end and although I should be able to make my own decisions and be a grown up, under my conditions-dealing with me requires baby steps. So I appointed my sister as my consultant. Wherever I am, before I make a transaction or an agreement or any other type of negotiations with another party, present or not, I shall not hestitate to phone call my sister and tell her the situation and she can determine what I should or should not do, or if I can't speak up out of bashfulness, I will hand the phone to the other party and listen to the affirmitive voice my sister has. Also: I managed to watch some television today (which I haven't for quite a while) and successfully watched a couple episodes of Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Family Guy and discovered a liking for The League. Although, I do have a couple criticisms for that show, The League. The actors/comdedians are hilarious but I have not a clue of football, fantasy league and the comotion that comes with it. That's what the show's about so at times it was hard for me to grasp the joke if it's related to the sport. Another problem with that is that it limits the writers to work with comedic material for the show or at least that's my assumption since they are seasonal episodes?

I'm already thinking ahead for new years resolutions, I don't want anything I'm not asking God for desires of materialistic things but to just help me with one thing: to be more self-disciplined. As humans we act with irrational behavior when things go bad in our lives to cope with the stress and find substitutes for the abusive behavior that we get from other human beings, or the abuse we do to ourselves. Instead, finding more positive healthy alternatives is the way to go. It may be hard for many of us as we our in a global hardship that is affecting people's lives but regardless of the situation, it is most important to keep your head up. This reminds me of the story of Job in the Old Testament-halt there for a minute I'm not trying to be a bible thumper, the stories in the bible are parables that you can learn from more than those stories that you heard as a child like the Little Boy who Cried Wolf.

This is something I've started working on, it takes a while but once you master discipline within yourself, you are untouchable.

I'm spending the weekend in Palm Springs with a friend and I'm shopping way too much now I feel guilty! But once you see the black fur coat I purchased you will understand how my spending habits came to be.

Last night, I had a chat with my friend's boyfriend and told him about my boy situations. The advice he gave me made sense and I knew all along except I'm the type of girl that likes to take initiative and does not like to sit around and wait. This is the advice he told me: As a girl, you shouldn't have to try so hard to get his attention- it's only the girl's role to just sit there and look pretty. And if there's a lack of communication, what's the point of being with the guy-just end it.

It really does bug me how it's alright for the guys to sleep around with as many girls as he wants, but if a girl does the same she's a slut. I don't sleep around, and I'm not a sex addict I'm just very appreciative of sex but it doesn't necessarily mean I sleep with a different guy every week because I don't. Yes, I know its shocking because for those who read my blog(if any) by just reading the title of my blog it sounds like I have an obssession with sex. I'm just telling it like it is and am willing to open up to my views, thoughts and opinions in sex because I know that many can relate. I just like to discuss the things that arouse people such as sex, drugs, food and repressive thoughts. End of discussion!!!!

And maybe its my fault because I have never brought this up in my blog but I should promote safe sex because I practice safe sex. I don't believe in using birth control pills because they fuck up the woman's body. Ladies, stay away from them-this is probably the worst advice but you'll thank me for stating this. I dislike how the woman has to go through the side effects and horrible symptoms of the pill where as the guy doesn't have to suffer at all. Reason number two, using pills does not prevent you from getting STD's.

My advice: In the mean time have all the fun you want but use condoms until you think you've settled with the right person who you want to spend with for the rest of your life.

I am aware it's Thanksgiving, but I don't need to thank God just for one day(I thank him everyday) plus this holiday is used as a marketing strategy to get consumers to buy which I guess there's nothing wrong with it since that's how the economy regulates itself- but I will not go into the subject of Thanksgiving.

Last night I figured I would watch a film on my Netflix to help me fall asleep and I was in a mood to watch the documentary, The Beautiful Truth . Boy was that a bad idea to watch the film right before sleep- it's not horror films I'm scared of anymore, its those informative documentaries that horrify me because they tell the truth. The immediate reaction I get is like the same reaction one gets when they discover maggots in their meat after taking a couple bites and spit it out with disgust. The contents in the film I had knowledge beforehand like the idea of treating diseases and sickness with natural ailments that come from the natural earth untouched by man's hands other than medicine from pharmaceutical industries but I did not know the idea came from German psychiatrist Friedrich Salomon Perls who came up with the Gestalt Therapy. The concept of the therapy was not new to me since I have been living this type of healthy lifestyle without a conscious manner due to my upbringing in mother's home. What was shocking is how even the former FDA workers, scientists and doctors have admitted to saying that everything that Corporate America has told and offered to the people is a lie. These people who were interviewed for the documentary are now retired and for a good reason: they refuse to work for the government where they are being compensated for poisoning the people.

Today, I got the opportunity to help out at the nearest homeless community and made some friends. Meet Shane and his wife, Janet. Shane is a man in his 50's and has been homeless for a few years and the reason for it makes me sick to my stomach- he became disabled after a hit and run and was operated on his back that left him with a big medical bill, he hasn't been able to work ever since and unfortunately is struggling to file for disability benefits. Regardless on how these people became homeless, NO ONE under any circumstances should be destitute. It does not have to be this way but of course it's the law enforcement coming on the door steps asking to pay up or get the fuck out- and to top things after that, the L.A.P.D locals give Shane a hard time by giving him tickets for walking around the streets with his recycled cart or putting him to jail for drinking a beer. Give the guy a fucking break!!!!! He's a harmless person who is trying to keep warm at night with a fucking bottle of beer, what else is he supposed to do? Where else can he go? But of course the cops don't give a shit they like to pick on people like Shane rather than manning up and facing the REAL crime in the tough streets like gangs, murder and rape.

I'm really glad I met Shane and his wife, I know that he won't be in the situation that he's currently in for long. Today was just another reminder on how the U.S. government forgot it's primary role in society :

Today I went for a hair treatment with a really nice woman who I consider a good friend. My hair takes about three hours to do so we usually talk about life, school and men. She felt comfortable enough to tell me about her marriage life which I assumed was perfectly fine-she has two beautiful little girls, a husband with a good job to pay for the big nice house she lives in and stable enough for her to be a housewife, but it appears that she and him haven't gotten along ever since three months after their marriage when she was pregnant with her first daughter. He has a habit of keeping contact with the women in his past, tells his friends about how much he hates his marraige and so this bickering and contolling relationship goes on 'til one day she decides to tell him she wants a divorce. For this woman to tell me all of this information was quite shocking, and it also made me worry about the generation I live in. Hearing this loses my hope on the possibility of ever finding someone and marrying them. Nowadays, committing is harder than ever before- her husband by the way was 45 when he met her and was in a relationship while he was seeing my lady friend which says a lot about the guy in the first place, she at the time was ten years younger. I thought to myself, "Oh dear God, has it really gotten that bad?"

Not saying that I want marriage anytime soon I'm just observing relationships around me and how fucked up people are- was it that she married too fast and had kids in under the first year of marriage? The thought of this scares me, men are slackers. Ladies, tell me what happened to our knight and shining armor? It's like they don't exist anymore. I started looking when I saw how my mom made poor choices with men at age 9 and I said, "ew I am not gonna marry ugly men like mommy does, she's missing out- I deserve the best!" But eventually I stopped looking, I like the idea of loving my body and anyone who appreciates it.

But then I think to myself, "should I really be worried?" Of course not, I'm not like any other girl- and I don't think like one either. Or so I try not to....

I relapsed, just when I was looking at the bright side of things and then whammo! I shut down. I stayed at home all day yesterday feeling very blue and fatigue and didn't get anything done- it was just one of those days again for no reason i happen to be like that. I woke up this morning feeling naucious with a tummy ache but told myself, no!- that's it get up. And I did.

Improvements:

Work on my posture ( I have a huge slouching problem)
stay on that gluten-free diet
Do not give up on the remaining of fall semester
smile more often like I used to
pay my traffic tickets and attend traffic school in a cheerful manner
don't think too much ahead of my future but work on right now
release all thoughts from my head before sleep
find other alternatives to cope with my stress other than binge drinking and sex

What a fucking day

I got the chance to go to the 50th anniversary Hello Kitty art gallery convention today and I was surprised i actually found it because I first stopped by the cafe in culver city called Royal T, which is where I thought the exhibit was going to be held but they told us it was at the Santa Monica Airport. I'm also surprised they didn't announce it anywhere over the internet. It was pretty cool, they mostly had activities for children like a golf course , a ferris wheel and food stands like frozen yogurt dispensaries. My friend and I were so desperate to see what was in the toy shop so we got in a two hour line just to get in since they were only letting a few people at a time. Finally, after getting in I come to realize its nothing special- just the same things you would find at any other Sanrio store at your local mall. But we waited for two hours so I felt like I had to buy something so i got the 50th anniversary collection book. Whoop-eeee.

Before that I went to this cool spot nearby Playa del Rey, and I think it's becoming my favorite beach. There's a dock for boats and this cool black house to the right of it and you can sit all the way to the end of the pier and watch the sun set. I like to go there a lot to get my mind off of things like dealing with assholes and the pressures of living in a complicated society.

And just when i really wanted to get to know you and all the bullshit you said at the beginning on how you saw me as an interesting person and wanted to get to know me- you don't know me, you don't know shit about me. I was trying to let you, but you never said much. And to say how your not "impressed", well that's a shame. I thought I was making it an easy sign for people to indicate the type of person i am but let's just put everything on the table: I am a very, very lenient girl and I don't ask for much- I am only asking for once a week and sometimes I'm not even asking for a day of your time but to simply use you. I thought I was being nice, inviting you to places trying to suggest things and of course a girl/guy will get upset if you turn them down last minute.

That's very hypocritical of you to do, maybe it was my fault at the very begining for giving it up so easily but at least I was being upfront and honest about my intentions and if you didn't want to see me anymore, why don't you tell me in the first place? There's a lack of communication, so how should I know what you want out of this or if theres even something to work on, to begin with?
Let's just be honest folks, it's either about convenience or commitment is what people look for when dating- or it's just another one night stand. Whatever it is, it doesn't have to be complicated unless you make it complicated. I think I've said enough, I'm done over and out!

(And if that comment was a complaint on a physical attraction level, I don't see a problem with my looks, sure I dress wierd at times but I am drop-dead sexy inside and out and I dont need someone telling me that I am a flaw because I'm far from that. )

I'm a gluten-free bitch

I went to the gym the other day and had a conversation with a lady about considering a gluten-free diet. When I was little I remember the doctor told me that I was allergic to wheat and should stay away from eating flour. In fact, I used to work at a pizza place where I was required to bake with flour ingredients and I would get these horrible rashes on my hands that I couldn't stop itching but had to bear with it, since I wanted to keep my job. At first I thought, it's impossible to stay away from wheat flour and starchy foods; that's almost eliminating carbohydrates! I'm a very active woman so I have to consume lots of protiens and carbs, but the comment that the woman at the gym said, clicked well into my brain.

This is why so many people have trouble losing weight or get sick easily- the gluten from eating mostly wheats once digested latches onto your smaller intestine and it stays there forever, making it harder to fully digest and it starts messing with your immune system since your body is trying to use all that energy to help digest those traces of gluten.

I found this newspaper article on the L.A. times of this lady who got a case of the celiac disease where she always felt weak and sick 'til one day she decided to eternally eliminate gluten from her diet and never looked back- now her sick days are over and she is much healthier, and popular. She has a successful blogsite that includes delicious beautiful looking meals and dishes and along side with the help of her chef who offers gluten free recipes. This woman even wrote a memior and published a cooking book. For all you culinary-dish enthusiasts or if you simply like to look at good images of food, check it out.

Winston Shrout: The man behind the truth

I got an invitation from my dad to attend this weekend seminar which I accepted since I have so much time on my hands unfortunately, plus the fact that my dad was willing to pay for the membership fee including the hotel accomodation at the Sheraton Four Points nearby the L.A.X.

At first I thought sure it may be boring, but at least I'll be staying at a hotel for a couple of days, away from mother.

After attending the first day, I've been exposed about things that are actually relevant to current happenings involving me as a citizen of the United States and my position as a beneficiary of being referred to as a creditor, not a debitor as we were all told by the decieving mouths of those in charge of the Social Security System. (You cannot pay for a debt that you are in with a debt as the U.S. money system, the dollar is a form of debt, a legal tender)

Just a quick summary of what you really need to know,

Although I do feel that events like these have some truth to it, but are exaggerated only to help the founder of these concepts to gain some profits from telling the people who are willing and are curious enough to go to great lengths to free themselves from the struggle the finincial burden America has put the citizens in.

But like I said, there is some truth to what this Winston guy has to say:

Under the Natural Law and the Universal Principle of every living being, we are all born as free people with natural human rights. When the U.S. assigned us a social security at birth, we were obliged to agree that the trustee of the Federal Trust Funds had control over the trusts, which originally belong to us. But instead, they the government,( the trustee) use that money for other parties such as for well fare, retirement, even to the Queen of England -yes, our money goes to that old hag ! We the people, really should be the trustees of our own money; if they are using our social securities as a form of instrument, shouldn't we have a say? Therefore, we present ourselves as the executors or the beneficiaries because only we have the authorization as an individual to claim those trusts back and that is something Winston explained in the seminar.

How do we prove that we are the trustees to those funds?
The government violated our rights without our content when we were born which is because of our limited capacity to respond as an infant(we had no choice our only words were goo-goo and ga-ga). Who gave them a right to enforce this type of social security system that is a form of tracking device that enslaves our ability to be free from control? Therefore, taking back the trust is the legitimate thing to do. If our trust is benefiting the General Trust Fund for the U.S., why are they refraining us from getting access to what originalyl belongs to us?

But there is not that much value in our social security so the only money you'll be getting back is all the transactions you made with your social security when you applied for a job, credit cards, and loans etc.

The next seminars will be informing the members on how to regain access to those values in which you used your social security for such transactions or Accept for Value notes (believe me, shockingly its possible but only when you apply the right laws with the right documents such as the U.C.C. and the U.S.C sections and titles)

I'm in the process of gathering all this knowledge so the information I am sharing with you is subject to change or will include additional references.

Happy Halloween

It's the day where you put so much effort on your costume and you begin to think why still dress up when you're not in high school anymore but nonetheless, you still do. No one ever wants to fall in love anymore. It's uncool and it's been shut out of society; closed off at all times like it's some sort of disease. It's present but blind to others.

"Wear purple day" has gotten out of hand

This is not an anti-gay post, in fact this is not targeting gays in any way because like suicide and bullying, it happens to everyone not just gays. Gays should not get special treatment when the mean kid bullies everyone in the class, not just the gay. One's sexual orientation is viewed as a race in the public eye but really, gays are human beings just like us.

It is not necessary to create a world cause and raise money for an organization for the suicides of gays and wear purple; if you are going to do that then why don't you also give recognition to those victims who come from a background other than being gay?

There are millions of people who will committ suicide so it's nothing new. It is unfortunate that it happens especially to those who have lost a loved one due to a suicidal tragedy.

I was listening to a radio conversation that had a psychologist explaining that there is no direct relation between being gay and suicide; but there is a relationship between depression and suicide. This sounds absurd but when you really think about it, suicide is a mental sickness and cannot be prevented be society as a whole, it is an internal conflict the victim deals with and is often an unobligated decision-no one is forcing them to kill themselves. But I'm not a pyschologist; I do believe that there is some spiritual involvemnt in suicide coming from my religous sense of mind to which many might disagree with.

My second concern is that preventing bullying should not be a world cause because everyone gets bullied, and the bully will pick on the kid in the front for having a big head, the kid by the closet for being gay, and the kid in the back for being dark. To be bullied is what all kids deal with; it's part of the growing process and at times builds strong character ( to some extent there is a disagreement, especially if one's life is being threatened). It's a concept that my fellow philosopher Plato would certainly agree with, in fact there's an excerpt in one of his books, The Republic that explains the concept from raising a kid to guiding an individual on being a stronger person with logic actions and without the dependence of emotion,rather to supress the emotions and think rational.

The guy from the Arkansas School Board is getting a lot of attention from the news because a couple of the board members asked him to show support for gay students and there problems with bullying and suicide. He replied back with a comment on his facebook page stating:

"Seriously they want me to wear purple because five queers killed themselves. The only way im wearin it for them is if they all commit suicide. I cant believe the people of this world have gotten this stupid. We are honoring the fact that they sinned and killed thereselves because of their sin. REALLY PEOPLE"

Now I did not necessarily agree with him but he brought up a good point minus the fact that he was gay bashing on facebook and even claimed a Christian himself that he would disown his own children if they were gay. I agree. I can't believe people of this world have gotten this stupid. Really it's just America who exaggerates with the news and the media and put so much attention to certain things and make a whole big deal about problems that shouldn't get so much attention; there are far more disasters to worry about in this world.

Indeed, this is America for you.

Why would you want to steal from a cheap ass? They obviously did not do enough research before picking their victim; that, or unless it was out of vengance that showed some sort of history between the two parties.

She left on her Myspace page that she is "the female version of a hustla". If you just committed a homocide, you might want to keep a very low profile and that includes stupid shit you put on online social networks.

Now when I first came across the 30 minute music video of Runaway by Kanye, my first criticism was, should I waste thirty minutes of my life to watch another washed-up, today's century of mainstream hip-hop music video? ... You probably wondered the same thing and by just one click away; you couldn't help but to sit through the whole thing and say: That was brilliant.

Good job Kanye, you once again make proof against the thoughts of society on black people that you are not just another crazy nigga, but a smart one. Genius.

Even the 17th-18th Century Enlightment thinkers would have some sort of agreeable acknowledgment to the conceptual idea of this video.

I hate to say this but, sorry Lady Gaga you ain't got nothing on Kanye.
